Neogenix to present NPC-1C antibody data at ASCO Annual Meeting

Neogenix Oncology, Inc. announced today that it will present data from its new serum biomarker ELISA utilizing its NPC-1C antibody for patients with colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Results from the study will be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)-NCI-EORTC Annual Meeting on Molecular Makers in Cancer, to be held in Hollywood, Florida from October 18-20, 2010.

Four unhealthy behaviors associated with increased risk of death when combined

Four unhealthy behaviors—smoking, lack of physical activity, poor diet and alcohol consumption—appear to be associated with a substantially increased risk of death when combined, according to a report in the April 26 issue of Archives of Internal Medicine, one of the JAMA/Archives journals.
