House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said Tuesday "he expects the FY10 supplemental spending bill will move in the House 'within the next couple of days - certainly by Friday,'" CongressDaily reports. Hoyer said the prediction was "more than optimism. That is my intent" (House/Sanchez, 6/29).
