On 16 April 2009, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey granted AstraZeneca's request for a temporary restraining order, barring Apotex (Apotex, Inc. and Apotex Corp.) from launching a generic version of AstraZeneca's PULMICORT RESPULES until further order of the court.
Contrary to widespread belief, total surgical replacement of arthritic shoulder joints carries no greater risk of complications than replacement of other major joints, a Johns Hopkins study suggests.
The lawyers who helped bring the first challenge against the health law's individual mandate think they've figured out another way to kill it using the Supreme Court's own argument that it's a tax. Meanwhile, President Barack Obama's Justice Department files to dismiss an Oklahoma lawsuit challenging the law's implementation.
