With the goal of creating the industry standard for connecting patients and their physician-led care teams, Alere today announced the formation of a new strategic product line, Collaborative Care Solutions. The new product line will be focused on supporting physicians and provider groups wanting to expand their practices via patient-centered medical homes or accountable care organizations - key care models designed to realize better outcomes and more cost-effective care.
The Center for NeuroGenetics at the University of Florida has received a competitive $1 million grant from the W.M. Keck Foundation to study a new idea that challenges conventional understanding of how proteins in cells are made, and their impact on inherited diseases.
Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc.,as a result of recommendations from Management and the Board of Directors, completed a 1- for- 50 reverse stock split of the Company's common stock ("Reverse Split") today. In accordance with FINRA rules, effective immediately, the Company's stock symbol: CTYX will have a "D" appended to the end of it, which will remain for 20 business days after which it will revert back to the original symbol.
