Takeda to acquire exclusive license to develop Natrogen's Natura-alpha compound

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited and Natrogen Therapeutics International, Inc. jointly announced today an agreement whereby Takeda will acquire an exclusive license to develop Natrogen's Natura-alpha compound as well as an option to acquire Natrogen.
