A new study in the current issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that the risk of suicidal behavior is higher in the first month after starting antidepressants.

Today sees the presentation of a study that, for the first time, shows the results of treatment using prostheses attached to titanium implants in the bones of patients with above-the-knee amputations. The most recent payment from Covidien, which was received in December 2009, relates to the development of a formulation for the second product candidate under the collaboration.
