Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today 1-year survival data from a Phase 2 randomized trial of oral sapacitabine capsules, a novel nucleoside analogue, in older patients with myelodysplastic syndromes refractory to hypomethylating agents, such as azacitidine and decitabine.
