Warner Chilcott plc today announced that its subsidiaries, Warner Chilcott Company, LLC and Warner Chilcott Finance LLC (together, the "Issuers"), plan to issue an aggregate principal amount of $500 million of 7-3/4% senior notes due 2018 (the "Notes") in a private placement.
