Celgene International Sàrl, a subsidiary of Celgene Corporation, today announced that REVLIMID (lenalidomide) has been granted approval by the Swiss agency for Therapeutic Products (Swissmedic) for use in patients with transfusion-dependent anemia due to low-or intermediate-1-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) associated with a deletion 5q cytogenic abnormality with or without additional cytogenic abnormalities.
The World Food Program has resumed its programs providing people living with HIV and tuberculosis in Cambodia with access to food after receiving aid from Spain and the U.S., the agency said on Thursday, the AP/International Herald Tribune reports.
Since the Giant Salamander Museum opened to the public in 2010, it has played a significant role in the science education of Zhangjiajie local schools, and it was awarded national Science Education Base. On April 11, 2014, Zhangjiajie Giant Salamander Museum welcomed more than 400 students and teachers of Zhangjiajie Daqiao Centre School.
