Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, the world's largest provider of dialysis products and services, is expanding its dialysis services business in the Russian Federation. The company announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire KNC (KRAEVOY NEFROLOGICHESKIY CENTR), a private operator of dialysis clinics in Russia's Krasnodar region. The acquired operations will add approximately $25 million in annual revenue and are expected to be accretive to earnings in the first year after closing of the transaction.

Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) has opened a new outpatient imaging center in Waukesha's Westbrook Health Center, and has relocated all of its Delafield center services to this new location.
