The amygdala, a tiny almond-shaped body inside the human brain, controls fearfulness and, more importantly, anxiety," Laurie Garrett, a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations, writes in a CNN opinion piece.
A study conducted by researchers at the University of Washington has highlighted the importance of serological testing for infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
