According to a newly published report as many as two-thirds of cardiac arrest patients who are taken to hospitals by emergency medical technicians (EMT's) die despite efforts to revive them.

CSL Behring has donated more than 1 million international units (IU) of von Willebrand factor (VWF)/Factor VIII (FVIII) replacement medication to patients through the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH).
