Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its Adaptive Sonics LLC subsidiary has entered into settlement and patent license agreements with manufacturers of hearing aids.
If the research proves applicable to humans, the findings may help explain how hospital patients who have received morphine may be susceptible to stress disorder, attention problems and sleep disturbances.
