A team of scientists from Canada and Spain recently evaluated the durability of antigen-specific immune responses in COVID-19 recovered individuals. They have also identified potential host factors associated with robust and long-lasting anti-SARS-CoV-2 immunity.
Richer countries were more likely to see rates of COVID-19 fall faster during the first wave of the pandemic, according to new research published in the journal Frontiers in Public Health.
Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat, a San Diego based OB-Gyn surgeon and intuitive healer is returning July 1st to Haiti, the land of her birth, to continue assisting in the humanitarian effort for that devastated country. She has assisted in coordinating a team of 50 doctors, dentists and other emergency medical professionals to accompany her to provide much needed services to the people of Haiti.
Previous research on an apparent narrowing of the historical "gender gap" in drinking prevalence found that girls were more likely to start drinking before 18 years of age compared to boys.
