Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced results from two collaborative group-sponsored randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trials were presented at the 32nd Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS).

Researchers studied more than 2,000 patients admitted to an acute care hospital over a five-month period. As well as identify the traits that were most likely to lead to violence, they found that a disproportionate number of elderly patients and males became violent.
Merck, known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced the first presentation of results from an interim analysis of KEYNOTE-057, a Phase 2 trial evaluating KEYTRUDA, Merck's anti-PD-1 therapy, for previously treated patients with high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) with carcinoma in situ or CIS plus papillary disease (Cohort A).
