Skin creams can actually dry the skin

And now there is research to confirm for the first time that normal skin can become drier from creams. Izabela Buraczewska presents these findings in the dissertation she is publicly defending at Uppsala University in Sweden on October 24.

Medicaid, CHIP enrollments top 7 million

The Victorian government has extended the closing date for public comment on changes to the state's Mental Health Act. The deadline has been extended to February 28. Submissions on the Exposure Draft Mental Health Bill 2010 can be lodged online.
