Patients risk experiencing anxiety and fear when health care does not meet individual patients' needs. New approaches to reduce anxiety for instance over radiotherapy are needed and design research is well-suited to meet these challenges. Nebreda has reported that the protein RingoA is a key regulator of meiosis-the cell division process that gives rise to ovules and sperm for sexual reproduction in mammals.
Medstor, known for its innovative approach to designing stylish, efficient healthcare storage solutions, that also support hospital infection control measures, has recently finished work at the impressive new Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children.
