Canadian officials say another case of Mad Cow disease has been found in a dairy cow in British Columbia.
Cenit Corporation, is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced arrangement with its debenture and note holders to restructure obligations aggregating $407,124 including interest of approximately $5,800. Cenit issued 8,142,480 units at $0.05 per unit, in full and final satisfaction of all amounts owing. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
The Center for Pediatric Research (CPR) at the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children was recently awarded an additional 5-year, $9.5-million Center for Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Research Resources (NCRR). This competitive award will allow Nemours to continue to expand the CPR and support the recruitment of additional faculty to this diverse pediatric clinical and research facility.
Psychedelic compounds have had a colorful past. Although initially investigated for medical uses, they were banned after cultural and political times changed in the 1960s and 1970s.
