Boston Children's Hospital today announced the launch of its new mobile application (app), Boston Children's Hospital MyWay, providing patients and families with a one-stop mobile information hub for navigating the Boston Children's Hospital patient experience.
Incarcerated youth who have suffered head injuries, traumatic experiences and mental illness diagnoses are more likely to abuse multiple inhalants, according to researchers at Georgia State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Stanley Fineman, president of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, (ACAAI) is available to comment on the School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act, a federal bill introduced today that will help make epinephrine available in schools for the immediate treatment of anaphylactic reactions to food or other allergens.
Two U.N. experts have called for the creation of a "global fund to promote the creation of social safety nets for the most vulnerable people in poor countries," the Guardian reports.
