A new study led by researchers at Boston Children's Hospital has shown that a very-low-carbohydrate diet can improve blood sugar control among people with type 1 diabetes.
The first study of its kind evaluating ordering patterns of children's meals when provided with healthier menu items and changes in restaurant revenues shows potential for both improved children's health and restaurant growth.
