GSI Group Inc. today announced that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Court") entered an order on May 27, 2010 approving and confirming the Final Fourth Modified Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization for the Company (and certain of its subsidiaries), as filed with the Court on May 24, 2010 and as supplemented on May 27, 2010, paving the way for the Company to emerge from Chapter 11 protection in the summer of 2010.
Scientists at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute successfully designed a revolutionary, high-throughput, robotic platform that automates and standardizes the process of transforming patient samples into stem cells.
