Impax Laboratories, Inc. today announced that it has settled all pending litigation with Shire LLC and Shire Laboratories, Inc. relating to supply of its authorized generic Adderall XR under the parties' License and Distribution Agreement that was signed in January 2006.

A new study by the University of Minnesota researchers and published on the preprint server medRxiv in August 2020 shows that wind instruments, in particular, are a source of significant aerosol production and, therefore, of viral transmission.
In what's believed to be one of the largest population-based studies of Oncotype DX ever conducted, researchers at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center have found that the commercial diagnostic tool, Oncotype DX, was associated with a decrease in chemotherapy use in younger patients, but not in those over 66 years of age.
Substantial proportions of parents chose urgent care or emergency department visits when their sick children were excluded from attending child care, according to a new study by University of Michigan researchers.
