Ono will initiate the preclinical study of the identified compound. This collaboration between Ansaris and Ono was established to focus on the discovery of kinase-related compounds for the treatment of cancer, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
Scientists at The Australian National University are a step closer to understanding the rare Hartnup disorder after discovering a surprising link between blood pressure regulation and nutrition that could also help to shed light on intestinal and kidney function.
With the current Pharmacy Agreement expiring on 30 June 2005 and the current Senate configuration in place until the same date, Dr Glasson said the timing is perfect for a comprehensive review of the protected environment in which the pharmacies operate.
