Gilead sues Lupin over Ranexa patent infringement

Gilead Sciences, Inc. today announced that it has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in New Jersey against Lupin Limited for infringement against Gilead's patents for Ranexa® (ranolazine extended-release tablets).
