Integra LifeSciences announced today a major milestone in the commercialization of the Vu a-PODâ„¢ anterior lumbar intervertebral body fusion (ALIF) device. Launched in the U.S. in early 2009, the Vu a-Podâ„¢ fusion device has now been implanted in over 800 patients in the U.S.
