WebMD Health Corp. announced today the final results of its tender offer to purchase up to 5,800,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $46.80 per share, which expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time on April 8, 2010. Based on the final tabulation by American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Depositary for the tender offer, 5,172,204 shares of WebMD common stock were properly tendered and delivered.
