A bioceramic implant has proved to stimulate regeneration of natural skull bone, so that even large cranial defects can be repaired in a way that has not been possible before. The research, led from the University of Gothenburg, is now presented in the scientific journal PNAS.
A team of scientists from the Pennsylvania State University, USA, recently analyzed the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of antiviral drug remdesivir using computational models. Based on the study findings, which are yet to be peer-reviewed, the scientists recommend that for effective inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection, remdesivir should be used with other antiviral medicines, or its dosing regimen should be optimized to improve bioavailability.

The first clinical study to evaluate LEVITRA™ (vardenafil HCl) in men with mild Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and erectile dysfunction (ED) showed LEVITRA produced statistically significant improvements over baseline in all measures of erectile function (EF) and depression/self-esteem. In the study, men taking Levitra were nearly three times more likely to report improved erections than men taking placebo.
