Investigators at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center have published the first study to extensively characterize eosinophilic gastritis (EG).
Sartorius started off fiscal 2011 with double-digit growth rates in order intake, sales revenue and profit. "We are currently seeing dynamic growth fueled by both divisions and all business regions. Compared with the year-earlier quarter, though also slightly below average, we have achieved highly encouraging rates of increase in revenue and profit," said CEO Dr. Joachim Kreuzburg.
Researchers explained their analysis of the mechanisms that trigger the docking of SARS-CoV-2 variants to ACE2 and the antibodies, referred to as protein-protein docking.
Steven Hagens, previously at the University of Vienna, told Chemistry & Industry, the magazine of the SCI, that certain bacteriophages, a type of virus that infects bacteria, can boost the effectiveness of antibiotics gentamicin, gramacidin or tetracycline.
A large proportion of teenagers regularly and frequently take some form of medication without receiving targeted information about the risks and benefits, according to a review of current research, to be presented at the annual congress of the International Pharmaceutical Federation.
