Orexigen® Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of obesity, today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2010. Hawaii hospital officials and physicians are concerned that $18 million in Medicaid payments, including $10 million in federal matching funds, could be lost if Gov.
