Researchers at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI) have discovered that an ancient pathway called autophagy also mobilizes and exports cholesterol from cells.
The American Academy of Neurology(AAN) has named neurologist Constantine Moschonas, MD, of Scottsdale, Ariz., as the AAN Donald M. Palatucci Advocacy Leadership Forum Advocate of the Year. Myomo, Inc. has announced that the company received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance to market the Myomo e100 NeuroRobotic System.
