Westaim announces completion of second and final tranche of Subscription Receipts private placement

The Westaim Corporation announced that it has completed the second and final tranche of its private placement of subscription receipts (Subscription Receipts) with the sale today of 3,255,000 Subscription Receipts at a purchase price of $0.50 each for gross proceeds of $1,627,500 bringing the aggregate gross proceeds of the Subscription Receipt financing to $275,000,000. Occupational Therapists: An occupational therapist is a person who has graduated from an entry-level occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or predecessor organizations, or approved by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT), or an equivalent international occupational therapy education program; has successfully completed a period of supervised fieldwork experience required by the occupational therapy program; has passed a nationally recognized entry-level examination for occupational therapists, and fulfills state requirements for licensure, certification, or registration.
