Realm Real Estate is proud to announce the signing of a 20,000 sq ft lease in the Palmdale Corporate Center with new tenant Sierra Medical Group. In spite of soft leasing trends and poor economic conditions, Realm RE has been able to surpass the market's downturn and procure steady leasing of its project.
