On 9 and 10 October the anniversary South Eastern European Meeting (SEEM) will be held in the Yugoslav Drama Theatre (Jugoslovensko Dramsko Pozoriste) in Belgrade (RS). Described in ACS' journal Analytical Chemistry, the pumps are for futuristic "labs-on-a-chip," which reduce entire laboratories to the size of a postage stamp.
