Insilico Medicine is pleased to announce that it has entered into a collaboration with Teva Branded Pharmaceutical Products R&D, Inc. to utilize Insilico's generative machine learning technology and proprietary PandaOmics Drug Discovery Platform, which aims at identifying novel therapeutic targets implicated in a variety of diseases.
Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc. today announced the completion of a Phase I study of CPSI-2364, its orally active, small-molecule inhibitor of the production of TNF-alpha and other pro-inflammatory cytokines.
Research from Eric Kandel's lab at Columbia University Medical Center has uncovered further evidence of a system in the brain that persistently maintains memories for long periods of time. And paradoxically, it works in the same way as mechanisms that cause mad cow disease, kuru, and other degenerative brain diseases.
Lenox Hill, a "boutique hospital of choice for the rich" announced Wednesday "that after 153 years as a standalone hospital on the Upper East Side, it was entering a partnership with North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, a powerhouse of 15 hospitals and other health care centers in more humble parts of Long Island, Queens and Staten Island."
