Level 3 Communications, Inc. today announced that it has signed an agreement with the American Lung Association of the Midland States, a non-profit healthcare organization serving Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee, to provide dedicated Internet access and voice services in support of its mission to improve lung health awareness.
For those 65 and older, falling can be fatal; in fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths among this age group, and some 40 percent of seniors fall at least once each year.
