DiFusion Incorporated announced today that the company has received a CE Mark and European clearance to market and implant its new CleanFuze antimicrobial orthobiologic polymer. "We are extremely gratified to announce European clearance of our CleanFuze line of antimicrobial spinal implants. This material has been in development for over five years and attaining this milestone represents significant value for our shareholders," commented DiFusion Cofounder and CEO Derrick Johns.
While many states have pushed for new laws to legalize the use of marijuana for medical reasons, there are few well-controlled studies that demonstrate its effectiveness.
"Some doctors from St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan fear they won't be covered for malpractice insurance for care they provided while on staff before the hospital's demise. The researchers from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge United Kingdom have published their findings in a study titled, "Rapid implementation of SARS-CoV-2 sequencing to investigate cases of healthcare-associated COVID-19: a prospective genomic surveillance study," in the latest issue of The Lancet Infectious Diseases.
