Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. announced today that patent infringement litigation pertaining to Teva's generic version of sanofi-aventis and Debiopharm's Eloxatin (oxaliplatin injection) has been dismissed by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey pursuant to a settlement between the parties.
Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: EMIS) today announced that it has received commitments from two institutional investors to purchase $4 million of securities in a registered direct offering.
