Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. today announced the establishment of a new collaboration with Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, for pain genetics, with the goal of discovering and validating new therapeutic targets and mechanisms for treating pain.
"The Obama administration does not plan to seek additional money in next year's Health and Human Services Department budget to implement the new U.S. healthcare reform law, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said on Wednesday," Reuters reports.
