Cambridge Heart, Inc., developer of non-invasive diagnostic tests for cardiac disease, today announced that on December 20, 2010 it completed a private placement to accredited investors. Alzheimer's disease destroys brain cells and their connections (called synapses), causing memory loss and other cognitive problems that disrupt work, hobbies and daily life.
