A biomedical breakthrough, published today in the journal Nature, reveals never-before-seen details of the human body's cellular switchboard that regulates sensory and hormonal responses. The re-introduction of measles, mumps and other previously eradicated diseases to the United States is nothing short of a public health crisis.
