Researchers at the University of Oxford have performed the most definitive study to date on the relationship between technology use and adolescent mental health, examining data from over 300,000 teenagers and parents in the UK and USA.
ThermoGenesis Corp., a leading supplier of innovative products for processing and storing adult stem cells, said today it has entered into a material transfer agreement with the GID Group which has been working with ThermoGenesis to use ThermoGenesis' MarrowXpress(TM), or MXP(TM), based technology for the processing of adipose, or fatty, tissue - a rich source of adult stem cells.
In a study published in the January 18 issue of Cell, researchers from the University of North Carolina Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center have developed a new method to visualize aging and tumor growth in mice using a gene closely linked to these processes.
Coroners are more likely to hold inquests for deaths involving younger people or people who died of fatal complications from medical care, according to a study published in CMAJ.
