Scientists at Cedars-Sinai have developed a new way to identify which prostate cancer patients are likely to develop aggressive types of the disease even if their tumors at first appear to be lower risk.
The number of diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients with thoracic malignancies has markedly increased, allowing for an individualized approach based on the clinical situation and molecular characteristics of the tumor. How to best select among these options for the benefit of the patients within an integrative treatment approach will be at the core of the conference.
A new Scientific Statement issued today by The Endocrine Society represents a comprehensive evaluation of available information on the prevalence and medical consequences of the use of performance-enhancing drugs.
