New research from an international group led by Min Zhao, professor of ophthalmology and of dermatology at the University of California, Davis, shows that, in animal models of diabetes, slow healing is associated with weaker electrical currents in wounds.
Low blood sugar levels, known as hypoglycemia, can be a life-threatening situation, especially for people with type 1 diabetes who rely on intensive insulin therapy to prevent blood sugar from going too high.
Celsion Corporation announced today that it has received approval from the regulatory agencis in the Philippines and Malaysia for its Pivotal Phase III primary liver cancer Clinical Trial Application.
