Albireo today announced that additional clinical data will be reported from a recent study assessing the safety, tolerability and efficacy of A3309 in patients with chronic constipation. A3309 is a first-in-class investigational compound for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) and chronic constipation (CC).
