Ipsen today announced that its partner, Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., has submitted a Biologics License Application (BLA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the approval of IB1001, an intravenous recombinant factor IX (rFIX) for the treatment and prevention of bleeding in individuals with hemophilia B.
Over the last few weeks there has been an increase of the amount of scare language that is used by e cigarette opposition in an attempt to scare the population concerning the electronic cigarette. Many are questioning the tactics of these groups when the evidence clearly shows that the product is indeed a safer alternative to tobacco according to several studies, lab reports and opinions from top medial and harm reduction specialist around the world.
Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter (D) on Tuesday signed into law 11 health care bills, including measures to expand coverage requirements and increase children's access to care, the AP/Denver Post reports.

All of these teens had smoked a dangerous, yet legal substance known as K2 or "fake weed."
