U.S. District Court dismisses Taro's complaint against Sun and Alkaloida

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. today announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York had dismissed in its entirety the complaint filed by Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. seeking to block the Tender Offer by Sun's subsidiary, Alkaloida Chemical Company Exclusive Group Ltd., to purchase all outstanding Ordinary Shares of Taro.

Medicure to be delisted from TSX, announces intention to apply for alternative listing on TSX- V or NEX

Medicure Inc. announces that, following a review by the listings committee of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), the common shares of Medicure will be delisted from the TSX effective at the close of trading on February 26, 2010.
