GENova to sign extensive collaboration agreement with Beckpharma

GENova Biotherapeutics Inc. ("GENova"), a biotechnology company that develops novel therapeutic proteins that disrupt the advance of life-threatening cancers, today announced it is in final negotiations with Beckpharma Ltd.
