Tyco International declares quarterly dividend of CHF 0.22 per share

The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. today declared a quarterly dividend of 0.22 Swiss Francs (CHF) per share, payable on May 26, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2010, subject to a required filing with the Swiss Commercial Register.
