A Kansas State University researcher is exploring the use of Chinese wolfberries to improve vision deficiencies that are common for type-2 diabetics.

For Dr Knauer measuring the temperature of a solution with an accuracy of 1/1000 degree was a task that did not seem impossible. On September 12, 2016, he celebrated his 85th birthday.
An advance by UCLA neuroscientists could lead to a better understanding of astrocytes, a star-shaped brain cell believed to play a key role in neurological disorders like Lou Gehrig's, Alzheimer's and Huntington's disease.
