Changes to Medicaid programs make news in Minnesota, where officials are preparing for an influx of baby boomers into the system. In Kansas, Medicaid changes there are attracting public comment, and in Oregon a group asks for more time to institute a collaborative care program.
In the study, a team of researchers led by Veridex, LLC, a Johnson & Johnson company, used gene expression profiling to identify the new marker – a 23-gene signature – which may predict disease recurrence in patients initially diagnosed with Dukes' B colon cancer.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has launched a program to help laboratories accurately measure key chemical compounds in marijuana, hemp and other cannabis products including oils, edibles, tinctures and balms.
Interstate Batteries announced a partnership today with Maquet Medical Systems USA (now Getinge Group) to provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) batteries to the health care industry through its All Battery Center retail stores.
